Who is responsible?

After watching and discussing the video, i think individuals, government and business companies all have responsiblilites. First, about individuals, everyone has his own right to decide what he does. Thus, he himself is responsible for his actions. For example, all of us know that alcohol, drugs and cigarett are dangerous, but a lot of people still use them. We can't do anything except give them advise. However, the government and business companies must have responsibilites. the government must set up the laws to restrict manufacturing and consuming dangerous products in the market and the business companies should have conscience and always consider the costumers' benifits is most important, not money beacause we are not always consciuos about what we do. Even when whe want to advoid those dangerous products but they are available everywhere, we can't control ourself.
Therefore, in my opinion, individuals and especially government and business companies have to be involved.

strangers' kindness.

everybody has experienced strangers' kindness, so has i. However, in this entry, i'm going to tell you about my bad experience.
it just happened last week. i remember, last Tuesday, i took the bus back home from school, like everyday.The bus was so crowded and obviously, i and many other people couldnt have a seat. standing next to me was a old man. i guess he is about 80 years old. he looked very weak as his age. people around saw him and of cousre they perceived that the old man really need a seat. However, nobody stood up and gave him their seat. i felt so bad. but, what made me angry the most was 4 girls( around 15 to 18 years old) sat front of me and the old man. they looked at him and then pretended like they didnt see him, and so the poor man still stood there, hardly kept balance every time when the bus stopped. i wished i had had a seat and then i could have given it to him. every time when i memorize this story, i feel so so angry.
and...i've learned something new: there is much more unkindness in this world than we think.

Research project!

Hi everybody!
I just finished my note for writing exam tomorrow.Now,i'm starting to look for my sources.actually, i have already the books i need. however, i feel a littlee bit frustrated. My topic is too large( The first industrial revolution), i dont know how to narrow it.
also, there  are a lot of books about this topics. i'm not sure that i can follow all :(. not only that, i looked for magazines and journals, a lot of them are not available online.
Hopefully, i can find the solutions for all these troubles because i know we dont have much time.

I read 8 tips for making yourself happier in the next hour. I realize that its not difficult to make myself happier.In fact, there are some of them i rarely accompish such as tips #3, 5 and 7. Perhaps, because im an introverted person, i feel happiness hardly come to me.I spend most of my free time at home on studying and on computer.Sometimes, i go out, but alone. After reading these 8 tips, i realize i lost a lot of time and chance to be with my friends and to make myself happier. Now, im thinking about making a new schedule and hopefully, i can follow these 8 tips.
I really like tip #7: act happy and emphasize 'smiling'. Smiles is indispensable to our life.There for, wherevers, whenevers, we should smile. A smile can make people closer, a smile can relieve others' suffering and... a smile can do lot more than that.
I hope everybody will be happier after reading these 8 tips!!!

Happiness

what is happiness?
Everybody has their own definition about happiness.
In genneral, happiness is the good feelings, emotions that people try to have.
For some people, happiness is material such as new car, beautiful house, good job...
or in another way happiness is money.
however, for others, happiness is merely bringing happiness to people around them.
as for me, happiness comes to me when people i love and respect feel happy.

novel project_part 1

After finishing part 1 of " Anne of Green Gables", I'm really impressed of the main character. Anne is an interesting girl with a broad imagination. Nothing can stop her from imagining because imagination help her to build her own beautiful world that she hadn't had before. For a orphan girl like Anne, Green Gables is a dreaming house and becomes very important to her. Not only that, I really like the way the author discribles the scenery. The words in the story are high-faluting, smooth and cause reader a comfortable, pleasant feeling. Also, it's author successfully drew beautiful and amazing landscapes in Prince Edward Island. I feel as if i were living there, among natural creatures.The story is a chain of troubles and situations that Anne experienced.As for me, I think this novel is very interesting and i can't help reading the next chapters.
